Prices include the following hotel services:

overnight stay in standard double room or suite (for 2, for 3 or for 4)
*Breakfast (from 8 to 10 a.m.)

use of the swimming pool (including jacuzzi and children’s pool, umbrella and deck chairs)

use of air conditioners and minibar in the room

use of wifi internet throughout the hotel

parking for the car

dinner included in the half board (entrè, first dish, second dish, side dish; drinks and desserts are excluded)
In April and May, half board will be available only on weekends and holidays. In September, half board will be fixed until September 19th and then on weekends.
Children up to 3 years pay nothing, sleeping with their parents or in their own cot; for the use of our cot the price is instead of 10 euros per night.
For children aged 3 and over who sleep with their parents, there is only a small supplement of 10 euros per night.
At Easter, and for the 3 bridges time (April 25, May 1 and June 2), the hotel reserves the right to increase the prices by 10 euros per night per room.
For half board periods, a minimum stay of 2 nights in June, 3 nights in July and 5 nights in August is required.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
If the customer cancels at least 1 month before the arrival date, he is entitled to a full refund of the bank transfer made.
If the customer cancels from the 29th to the 7th day before the arrival date, he is not entitled to a refund of the bank transfer made.
If the customer cancels in the last 6 days before the arrival date, or does not show up at check – in, he must pay for the entire agreed stay.
